Flexible Benefit Administrators Inc. specializes in working with public entities throughout the state of Minnesota.  FBA works with city and municipal groups along with school district and hospital groups to provide lower cost insurance alternatives while maintaining benefit levels.  We can develop programs that save these groups insurance premium dollars while maintaining the integrity of set union contracts.  Ask us how this is done by calling or by emailing us your questions. 

FBA also works with private employers.  We currently have clients in many sectors of the private market from manufacturing, to retail, to service industries.   Whether you have two employees or 200, FBA can work with you to help reduce your group insurance cost or add additional insurance coverage.

Flexible Benefit Administrators can provide your company with an array of group insurance products.  FBA currently offers a variety of Health, Dental, Long and Short-term Disability, and Life Insurance products through a number of different insurance carriers.

• Health Insurance:  FBA is contracted to sell Blue Cross, Health Partners, Preferred One, Medica, and Noridian Mutual insurance products in the state of Minnesota
• Dental Insurance:  FBA uses Delta Dental, Met Life, Lincoln Mutual, Assurant, and Health Partners dental insurance products
• Disability:  Assurant, Met Life, and Lincoln Mutual are our preferred disability insurance vendors
• Life:  FBA sells group life insurance through Assurant, USAble, MII Life, Met Life, and has an association product through Lincoln Mutual Life.  Only Government Municipal groups in the state of Minnesota have access to the associated life product.  Click here to request more information.
